Typically the weave of our mouth guards is left raw and open at the ends so it can be trimmed to any custom length and shape. This is fine if you are an average grinder. For the heavier grinder who prefers a softer or lighter piece, you may want to have it reinforced. We add extra seems through the middle and corners, so it can be trimmed and maintain durability.
 
You will receive yours in a rectangular shape, pictured in the first photo. It can be trimmed along the corners if desired, or also the length. Make sure to trim outside of the seem.
