CLEANSING
Fill a small pot with a centimeter or so of water, just enough to cover the mouth guard. This way the water will boil quickly. When it boils, drop the mouth guard in, wait a minute or so, and then hang to dry.
SIZE, FIT, DURABILITY
Adjustable, one size fits all. The mouth guard will come extra long so you can trim it to fit your mouth perfectly. Corners may also have to be trimmed depending on the shape of your mouth. However, the piece will shrink, soften, and form to the imprint of your teeth after the first wear or two.
Strings will come loose, with trimming and with normal wear. This is perfectly natural due to the raw edges of the weave and will not affect the durability of the mouth guard. Simply trim them with a scissors and carry on. Each piece can last indefinitely, at least one month in our experience.
